The worst customer service ever. The rep on the phone # 2211 provided the worst service ever.
She was rude and treated me like an idiot. I reminded her that her tone and behavior was really poor. I called her about my recently expired note, i have been a customer for so long and asked for an extension on my note. I had no idea that notes could be converted to a giftcard.
If that was true why is not communicated with me. Rep #2211 was very rude so was her supervisor Shannon. This is the world. AND YOU HAVE NO COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENTS.
AND SHE IS REFUSING TO TAKE MY COMPLAINT.
TODAY I CLOSED MY NORDSTROM ACCOUNT AND I AM DONE. I WILL NEVER SHOP @ NORDSTROM AGAIN!!!
