Very disappointed experience buying from this company. I bought enough product to qualify for some deluxe samples (gifts) which they "forgot" to send me. After I inquired about missing samples they replied that it was to bad but nothing they can do at this point and they won't be able to ship them to me.

Just want to inform you before you buy. I would never buy from them again. I'll spend my money elsewhere where customers are appreciated and taken care of.

Give me a break! So we're supposed to believe you didn't notice or check your cosmetics & samples in the bag until you got home???

Ha! We don't carry a lot of free deluxe samples in store as you customers may think. Corporate only sends us a certain amount, so we can't just give them to everyone who claims they never got one.

Then we'd run out. If I had a dime for every person to claims to have list or never received their free samples....I'd be rich!
