Absolutely not This is terrible that your returned merchandise gets stolen during the return process. This has never happened to me before . I am outraged and will NEVER BUY FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN , as well as to tell my friends and family and those on the web to BEWARE!!!

Regarding my order # 44973****, I sent my return of 3 leather pants back on November 15th!!! It took 16 days to get to you as I tracked it. I returned the Agolde leather pants size 31, I returned the Reformation Veda Cynthia leather pant size 10 and I returned the Reformation Veda Cynthia leather pant Size 12; however, you are only refunding me for 1 pair of leather pants , the Reformation size 10 with a total refund of $318.86Why?

I purchased a designer pair of sunglasses on 11/27/23 at Paramus store. I was told that since they were over $500 and designer I would receive a $150 gift card in January. I called customer service on Jan 17 to get status and was told that the sunglasses department was exempt from that promotion. I bought these as a gift on basis that I would get the gift card. Terrible that your employees dont understand the promotions. Customer service just said sorry. Honestly I expected Nordstrom to honor this as its their fault promotions were not properly communicated!!

I ordered a pair of shoes on 11/20/23 at the Nordstrom Galleria in Houston. I ordered a 46 ( 13US) as a gift .

The shoe arrived yesterday 11/27/23 and the wrong shoe was in the correct box ? A size 38 was in the 46 box ? So I reached out to customer service and they intern referred me to the manager on duty ( MOD ) who really insulted my intelligence. The gentleman referred to his name of Cash who offered for me to place another order for a second pair of shoes ..?

Really?

No remorse for the mistake or that it took 5 days for the shoe to arrive that never left outside the state of Texas ? Ive been a consumer of Nordstrom for many years and this by far is ridiculous!

I purchased a Canada Goose white coat at the Nordstrom White Plains NY, 5 years ago.

The issue is, the color from the dark trim piping is bleeding and no dry cleaner would clean the coat. I have been trying to get a Dry Cleaner to clean the coat, but they would not.

I paid $975 and This should not happen.

I went to Fabricare Cleaners, 11/2/23, located in Norwalk Ct.and discussed the issue with the SME/technical expert, Felix and Eduardo . They show me why it cannot be cleaned. He took a piece of tissue, wet it and rub it on a dark blue trim anywhere on the coat and the dye rubbed off in all the areas where there was the dark blue trim. Felix said that it is obviously the manufacturing process where the dye was not set properly.

Felix will be happy to be a reference as the subject matter expert. I have been trying to get the coat cleaned for years and no cleaner would take it to clean. How can Nordstrom sell a product that cannot be cleaned

Ernesto Bernal is the customer care manager at Nordstrom White Plains NY, he specifically cited the dirty condition of the coat is the reason he cannot accept the return.

He rudely disregard my argument that the reason why the coat is dirty is

because no dry cleaner would take the chance to clean it, since I purchased

the coat at full price in 2018. He embarrassed Valerie, repeatedly, citing how poorly cared for the garment was.

I again noted that it was dirty because for years we could not find a cleaner that would clean the coat, which he dismissed and ignored. Is it because Im Asian? And not a rich white client?

Ernesto, intentionally or not made me feel as a disposable customer. He obviously made up his mind before I met him to not accept the return.

On the phone, he would not explained under what condition would he accept the return, quite the opposite. He kept asking for things, first pictures , then made me look for the receipt, and finally when I produced these proof items, he asked me to come in so he can see the coat. However he kept trying me to go to another Nordstrom. Ernesto was obviously looking for a way not to accept the return.

Once he made his decision, he seemed to just want us to rush out of the store.

Is this the exceptional Nordstrom Customer experience?

I know that when Amazon says that, they mean it. Is it just lip service?

Package delivered to wrong apartment but Nordstrom refuse to file case with Fedex and refuse to refund/replacement

the package was delivered to wrong apartment, tried my best to work with leasing office and FedEx , finally confirmed the box was delivered to wrong apartment . but i cannot file the claim with FedEx since I am the receiver and I think Nordstrom put some rules on the shipments that shipper can only file the case.

So I contact with Nordstrom agent and let them know FedEx just talked to me to call shipper to file the case because they saw the history it delivered to wrong apartment. NORDSTROM REFUSE TO FILE THE CASE?! KEPT SAYING IT DELIEVERED! SPEACHLESS HERE.

YOU DIDN'T DELIVERY THE BOX TO THE RIGHT RECEIPT! THIS IS THE MAIN POINT!!!

No action on the part of Nordstrom‘s or Best Buy. Originally I ordered from Best Buy but all communication was with Nordstrom’s.

Ok I ordered a 9 foot flocked Christmas tree and I never received it. I ordered the tree in early November 2023.
I asked for updates on a regular basis but only received updates when they were published for all.

I received sparse updates on the progress of the tree but the tree was never delivered at all. My husband works from home and he never received any tree at all either. I was the tree delivered to my home address.

So its so obvious to me that Nordstrom does not care at all about customer service and certainly Im not at all satisfied with their lack of response.

I will reach out to them by phone and absolutely demand a refund or delivery of the 9 foot flocked Christmas tree. They took my money and basically stole it. I always get action and I will not rest until they make this right.

I certainly recommend that nobody places an order with them. I will contact the BBB.

The first time I had to cancel an order because they couldnt get in into my building even though I provided the entrance code. And this time I have not received my package even though they sent a picture by my door. So I dont know what to expect anymore. I have to pick up my packages I guess.
