Nordstrom says they didn't get my return, but tracking says they did.
I have the receipt, but they claim the package was empty when it arrived. I'm worried they won't believe me. Has this happened to anyone else?

My issue with Nordstrom was that they did not accept the return of a coat that was defective . Their reason was that it was used , ignoring that it was defective. It was a Canada Goose coat that cost almost $1800. I had to contact Canada Goose directly . They inspected the coat and agreed to give me a new coat. Nordstrom was rude and would not move from their position . Not exception customer service as they claimed and I never will shop there again. My wife purchased a Montclair coat but from Bloomingdale’s. I hear Bloomingdale’s is doing well while Nordstrom is having a tough year. This is how you lose a customer for life.
