I ordered a pair of shoes from The Rack. That part went well until I realized that they sent the wrong color.

The real problem is there email. I now get ads everyday. I've made NINE requests to be removed from their list. There is no way to remove yourself.

I get a message that they will contact me within 24-48 hours. 3 weeks later, 9 requests, NOTHING. ZIP. Continuous daily ads, no response.

What happened to this company?

They used to be all about customer service. I'm disgusted.
