Nordstrom - Shipping Service Review from Fremont, California
Horrible experience at Nordstrom San Francisco center. I ordered customized bow and drape sweatshirt during the private event on a Tuesday.
I mentioned wanting it shipped but the salesperson did not know how to do that. She instructed me to communicate through text since that's how you confirm completion of order. When I texted to verify my order was ready there was no way to request shipping. So I decided I would just pick up.
I show up on Sunday (five days after order was completed) and first I'm told it's been picked up then no they found it in another department then last it was shipped and already picked up. I never confirmed where to ship nor was I notified that it would be or do I have confirmation of the order being shipped.
I wasted about two hours roundtrip from Antioch to San Francisco to pick up. I expect better service from Nordstrom very disappointed.

That's a big red flag to find another salesperson who DID know
Your travel time would have been 0.
It is troubling though that you were given 3 other stories.
