The young lady I spoke to from the 1-800 was very rude for no reason at all. To be honest it always seems to be the young ladies that have the attitude. I'm so fed up with these kids I really dread calling. More male representatives ! Much better service.

They keep canceling my orders. I placed an order for clinique makeup and free gift, and debit shows pending for five days. I didn't get a confirmation email, and when i contacted them they said oh your order was cancelled. I tried again, and again it's canceled with no explanation. Infuriating.
