My monthly bill was $245.65. I made a minimum payment of $38 online. They taken out the full payment which resulted in insufficient funds in my checking account. I called the customer service I was informed that they have to wait 7 to 10 business days. I then spoken to the supervisor she told me to call my bank to see whether its been paid my bank told me that it was paid. My bank also informed me that the time they told me was a very long time... Nordstrom - Horrible experience & customer service!

I live in Puerto Rico, where there is a Nordstrom store and have a Nordstrom card I recieved here as well. I also get their promo emails daily and decided to order a Dior face serum from them instead of Sephora because of a special bonus/promotion (a $100 value) they ran a few weeks ago. Horrible customer service. I called the supposedly 24/7 customer service number tonight around 6:30 pm. All i got was recordings with offers. No way to speak to a live person. I called the Durham NC store and spoke with a supervisor. I returned an item in person on 9/5/2016 at the store but was told that I would not receive a credit back to my account for 3-5 business days due to their banking policy. The young lady I spoke to from the 1-800 was very rude for no reason at all. To be honest it always seems to be the young ladies that have the attitude. I'm so fed up with these kids I really dread calling. More male representatives ! Much better service.

I have tried on five occasions with Nordstrom to clarify that they ship to the uk one says yes one says no I try to order and nothing happens they need to lighten up and sort things out what's the point of advertising in the uk if you can't order ? Was told to send order to somebody in the USA and get theme to send the order to me shall I go into the USA phone book and pick somebody out and conntact theme. Nordstrom website says they don't have a return policy, but they remove the purchase info from their database after 1-2 years? With the receipt and tag attached, the system unable to scan the return label when the item is older than 2 years. I waited half an hour watching the inexperienced MIC trying to look up. It depends on the skill level of the MIC, usually matured manager knows how to process returns quickly. Seems like they discourage... Read more

I grew up in Seattle, and one of my earliest fond memories is buying school clothes from Nordstrom on the "Ave". Fast forward 20 years and a Nordstrom store in Scottsdale, AZ, and the worst memory I have ever had is shopping for school clothes there. My wife made purchase of $2,106.16 In 2014. We did not realize until doing our taxes in 2015 that they billed us again one week later. We have called the store in Atlanta, they told us to call Seattle. Seattle told us to call Atlanta. We have left numerous messages with several people. No one will call us back! There are no morals, managers lie, very groupie, sales people steal your sales, customer service team and managers go into your sale account and deduct your sales as returns and give it t their buddies (other employees) job task are not played out well, many lies. Workplace Deviance, as an employee, i have been a victim of sexual and racial discrimination and harassment. Inverted pyramid, ceases to exist. They promote from external sources, individuals who are ethically non qualified for their management position. Getting cross train to other departments, be careful, they are oblivious to giving you that wage differential, if you don't bring it up.
