Nordstrom has been one of the website I always wanted to shop for the huge publicity they do, but thanks to my first buy, I am never going there again! For Christmas, my mom got me a pair of ugg slippers. I was excited about them, but they weren't exactly the style I wanted. I ordered many items that were promised for Christmas delivery and have been informed 2 days ahead of time that they are not available. This obviously creates a big burden for me to run out at the last minute to shop. Very disappointed as they used to excel at customer service. I will not bother ordering from Nordstrom in the future as to me, this is really a breach of contract on their part.... Read more

Canadian credit card companies and many others around the world have added security chips into their credit cards. The US apparently has not caught up with the rest of the world in adding this security feature. I have not had trouble using my Visa in the US...usually a transaction that won't make it via a typical swipe can be entered manually, and you have your purchase. Not so at Nordstrom. ... Read more

I ordered one item on line as a gift on 12/14. Got an email saying it was shipped. On 12/17 tracking info said label had been created but no package received by UPS. Contacted Customer Service and got some run-around about how they "skip" certain steps in UPS process and the UPS tracking would be updated the next day (12/18). went into your store Dec 17 2013 walked thru looking at things, not one person offered to help! Left your store went to another bought a watch there & came back to your store to buy some perfume. I went onto their website to make a payment, I submitted the payment and received a message that read; "We are unable to process your payment at this time..." I thought it was a glitch so I attempted to make the payment a second time. Same message. I then proceeded to call their 1-866 number for assistance. I have been a loyal customer to Nordstrom for many years now and have always loved the store, the inventory, and the services they provide.
