I ordered two orders from nordstrom from their website but has been canceled, asked them and also left a voice mail on their manager Dann Evert at ext 3350, had no answer or call back from them. I order a 3 orders last month, they told me I ordered too many items for person use. why don't limit one per household ????? there is no rules or policy on the website saying can not order... So my daughter got offered a job at the Nordstrom galleria in Stonetown mall in San Francisco, but since she couldn't attend a training because she couldn't miss school the manager told her the job offer was taken back,to top it off the training was schedule last minute .Shame on Nordstrom for denying a job to a very quality young lady because she chose to attend school instead of rescheduling. After purchasing 3 suits,3 sport jackets; 6 pairs of slacks ; 6 shirts; ties, etc. for Boys 8 to 12: The tailor (who was excellent spent a great deal of time: fitting and carefully labeling each item so there would be 3 SEPARATE packages ( 1 for each boy). I ordered some boots online, $150+. I didn't receive a confirmation email, so I emailed Customer Service. They told me to call so I did. Apparently whoever lived in my house before me had the address blacklisted, so Nordstrom cancelled my order as soon as I placed it but they still charged my card. I can't order anything because of the previous residents which is completely unfair. Add comment

Lately I have noticed that I am treated differently inside Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack then that of my peers. How I know this is because I attempt to return merchandise and am refused a return then a day later I send a peer into the store with the same merchandise and the return is granted. Perhaps you should let the company have one more chance to make right. Read the shipping policy well tho. About receiving a defective however is not correct policy to put blame on you.
