I advise everyone who wants to purchase Mutsy stroller via Nordstrom not to do so. Here is why. 5 weeks ago me and my husband ordered a Mustsy stroller via Nordstrom. The complete package included 1 Seating module 1 Bassinet 1 Car adapter 1 Water resistant foot-muff Total: $1200 Two weeks later we received a big box (we live in Canada) containing, according to the documents attached, all of the above mentioned items. Horrible Customer Service!! My wife had one order just cancel after 4 days and another one not show up. After calling when it didn't show up they told me to order it again. I made several calls even talking to Erik Nordstrom himself by phone and E-mail and just felt like they didn't want us as a customer. Guess what Nordstrom's, you no longer have us as a customer. I found a great dress yesterday but I needed a different size. The clerk told me the only option to get the dress was for me to call other Racks and find the dress myself and then order it. I got the UPC code and called around. I found the dress at a store in a different state. They said they could ship it directly from Nordstom and I was thrilled, but wondered why my store did not do this for me. My daughter is shopping in the Nordstroms in Sesttle in the dress section and a sales associate just told her "this is not your section the cheaper dresses are upstairs". Implying my daughter could not afford the dress, which would not be the case. Nice job in training Nordstroms you have lost my business and those standing around my poor daughter while your asked associate humiliated her! Add comment

i placed an order which i had to return from Australia. i followed the return instructions and took the parcel back to the post office. i tracked the order and for over a month nothing happened with the tracking- probably the parcel has been lost. i contacted Nordstrom Rack repeatedly to contact the shipper but they pretty much refused to help- one of the online chat specialists even hung up on me. i will never order from Nordstrom rack again or shop in their stores when im in the united states. I had a very high demand Tom Ford eyeshadow quad on backorder until 3/8/16. I was fine with the wait as long as I got it, but they attempted to fill the order through a store and my order was cancelled. They claimed it would never restock, but less than a day later it was back on their site. Customer service reps made things up or gave the same old excuses, and I have to say this was the worst CS I've had in awhile. I am so disappointed at the customer service I received today mainly because Nordstrom has always been quite stellar in my past interactions with them. I have been eyeing a pair of sunglasses for a long time that had a sale price of $69.97. I found out through Facebook that they were having the "Clear the Rack" sale in a few days which gives an additional 25% off of the existing sale price.
